Morescum Tool - 20 points

The points reflect the size of the fish and the difficulty in reeling it in.
Any objections/pointers?

I take it the Kronnenbourg1664 score reflects the rarity as oppose to the ease?
A bait as simple as "e" before "i" has been known to attract a bite if he's in the area.
