Hello Peter it's good to see 'new' people who we've never met before (ever) joining the forum.

WARNING THIS POST CONTAINS NEEDLESS JARGON INVENTED BY NERDS TO MAKE NORMAL PEOPLE FEEL INADEQUATE

In your Profile at the bottom of the page there is some instructions the easiest of which is the "Upload Aviator From Your Machine" - the snag of using this method is that the picture must only be 120 x 120 pixies and less than 8k so you're a bit limited.

Failing this you need to up load a picture on to a hosting site like http://photobucket.com/ and then put the picture address in one of the other boxes.

You will also require a large tin of trial&error and a big bucket of swear words and a lump hammer. Good Luck!
