Cricket farceI was all set up for a Friday afternoons cricket !
Now moved the game to the Recreation Ground.
I spent a 3 week holiday in Antigua in 1994 just after Lara had scored 375.
I dragged the ex wife down to the Recreation Ground so that I could say I have been in a history making ground. It cost 1 dollar each to get in and they were playing football on the hallowed turf. There were about 300 people in and 298 were black.
Then I found a taxi driver who knew where Viv Richards lived but unfortunately he was away out of the country but I had my photo taken infront of his house which had cricket bats and balls in the ornamental fence and gates.
