My "own" forum?
To attempt to even claim that this is "my" forum would be tantamount to accepting the views of the reprobates that gather here as substantiating and running in parallel as my own. Which they don't.
It takes a rather myopic and egotistical soul to claim ownership of views posted by a myriad of individuals and claim that the vehicle with which they are posted on as being "theirs."
The only way that this would evolve into becoming "my" forum would be if I began moderating and banning said reprobates until I had a demographic posting here which I was congruent with.
Remember, this is the internet, everybody wins and nobody loses. Or maybe that should be everybody loses and nobody wins?

Are you or are you not Site Admin? If you are, you are legally responsible for everything typed on "your" forum. Go check the rules befor you take on the responsibility next time.

Here are the "rules" in case anybody failed to read them through before signing up.

I have highlighted the appropriate content. Perhaps you should check the legal standings in the U.K. of forum liability. As far as I am aware we're not in Germany right now.
Although I am not short sighted enough to assume that the disclaimer will protect me in case of legal proceedings, I would like to think that the 'innocent disseminators' defence (section 1 of the Defamation Act 1996) would.
