it is a league table of the most over-achieving clubs in the current 92 league clubs covering the 16 years since 1992 and takes into account resources , gates etc etc.

Doncaster Rovers are top of the over-achievers league ,  Accrington are 10th and the Shrimps are 11th.

Teams live Newcastle are near the bottom so they are under-achievers.
