The school representing Morcambe FC at Wembley today(St Wilfreds of Halton) won the final 1 goal to nil as the link below:-
Perhaps you can convey this to the other forum as I have not had my pc fixed yet.

can you add a comment on the "other" forum in reply to Alasher's libellous statement that the Shrimps had done nothing for the Halton School.
The club paid for the transport down there and also sent Janet Preston(Stringfellow's mum) who is a full time employee at Christie Park to help them.
Also 2 Shrimps supporters who are in the Sports wear industry provided all the football kit. _________________ Football League member. |

Could you tell Alasher that the mis spelling is due to the juvenile way this forum was set up.
Also MFC is not under any obligation to transport parents to Wembley.
It is an expensive business running a football league club but they dug into their coffers to make sure the team had a good day out. _________________ Football League member. |

ok maybe Wilfred can be spelt differently!
Children go on school trips without their parents. I dont see how anyone can expect MFC to pay for trips to London for the extended family. Your original contention was that nothing was done by MFC for the children.
I would say that thanks to MFC these lads have played at the new Wembley and it will be something they will always remember. _________________ Football League member. |

you could tell Dollystork that Middlesbrough has always been in the county of Yorkshire. Yorkshire did play cricket there at one time. _________________ Football League member. |
